First Residents Move into eastbrooke homes’ Flagship Development in Eastleigh
We are beyond excited to share that we have officially welcomed the first residents to our new flagship rental development in Eastleigh Town Centre this week.
Bandstand Court, located on Romsey Road and overlooking Leigh Road Recreation Ground, offers 49 one—and two-bedroom apartments. Thanks to the team’s efforts, all of the units were fully let before construction was completed.
The development provides a vibrant town centre living experience, with Eastleigh’s shops, restaurants, leisure facilities, and amenities just a short walk away.
Designed with sustainability in mind, Bandstand Court features energy-efficient systems, including individual heat recovery units in each flat, solar panels, a secure bicycle store, and impressive energy performance ratings.
In addition to the residential apartments, the ground floor will soon be home to two well-respected local charities — One Community and Age Concern — both of which are set to move into their new premises next month.
This is just the beginning, and we’re excited to bring new housing developments to the Eastleigh Borough in the future.
