NHBC Buildmark Warranty

All of our homes at eastbrooke homes are protected by The Buildmark Warranty with The National House Building Council (NHBC). The Buildmark Warranty is a 10-year warranty and insurance for new build homes, with the coverage split into 2 sections, listed below:

Years 1 to 2 (Builder Warranty Period):

eastbrooke homes takes responsibility for rectifying any defects in workmanship or materials.

Years 3 to 10 (Insurance Period):

NHBC insurance covers the cost of fixing structural defects and failures in your new eastbrooke home.

If you sell your new eastbrooke home while it’s still in warranty, the new owners will inherit the same benefits for the remainder of the policy. Full details can be found in your Buildmark policy documents, which you will be issued upon legal completion of your new home purchase.
