Event Photography and Videography

Photographs and videos may be taken at this event and published, republished or otherwise shared at a later date by eastbrooke homes and/or Eastleigh Borough Council in the following formats:

• Website, social media, and other digital communications
• News media and their associated websites, social media channels, on printed materials, on television and radio channel
• In presentations, evaluations and for exhibition material
• Publicity, fundraising and advertising material both online and in print

The still and moving images as well as audio will be stored electronically in accordance with General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and may be used for up to six years from today.

Your consent can be withdrawn at any time. If you would prefer your photograph(s) or video(s) not to be used, please speak to a member of staff or email enquiries@eastbrookehomes.co.uk.
