We are excited to announce a new development – Aviary Court – which is set to be completed late summer 2026. This development is located just outside Eastleigh town centre, on Nightingale Avenue. Aviary Court will feature four maisonettes spread across two stories: two with two bedrooms and two with one bedroom. Each unit will have a designated parking space equipped with EV charging. All properties will be energy-efficient, utilising air-source heat pumps for cleaner power.
