Buildmark Warranty Protection
All of our new-build homes are protected by the Buildmark Warranty, provided by the National House Building Council (NHBC). This comprehensive 10-year warranty offers peace of mind and protection for your investment, with coverage split into two key phases:
Years 1–2: Builder Warranty Period
eastbrooke homes takes full responsibility for resolving any defects in workmanship or materials during the first two years after build completion.
Years 3–10: NHBC Insurance Period
From year three onwards, NHBC insurance covers the cost of fixing structural defects and failures in your home.
If you sell your eastbrooke home while it’s still under warranty, the remaining coverage transfers to the new owners, ensuring continued protection.
Full details are included in your Buildmark policy documents, which you’ll receive upon legal completion of your home purchase.
