You may have already spotted that The Lower Acre has had a stylish refresh.

Our new branding moves away from the old, traditional look and embraces a modern serif typeface that better reflects the contemporary homes we’re creating. We’ve also leaned further into our floral inspiration, with each house type named after British wildflowers, our updated visual identity celebrates nature more than ever before.

If you’ve driven past recently, you’ll have seen the difference. Our new signage and hoarding are clearer, sharper, and designed to make a lasting first impression.

Preparing something special.

Behind the scenes, our Sales and Marketing team have been hard at work preparing a Marketing Suite that perfectly showcases life at The Lower Acre.

At the same time, the talented team at Killer5 Interiors have been carefully styling our two show homes; bringing each space to life with thoughtful design and stunning finishes.

And it doesn’t stop indoors. Our outdoor spaces have been elevated too. From newly planted greenery surrounding the sales area to beautifully designed show home gardens. We’ve created something far from your standard housing development – we even have an outdoor bar!
