Crafting The Lower Acre interiors
The eastbrooke homes team has started the creative journey for The Lower Acre show homes, and the results are already shaping up to be something special. We aim to bring modern, welcoming living spaces to Horton Heath that feel practical, stylish, and distinctly local.
The marketing suite: your welcome hub
Our marketing suite, an adapted version of The Orpine, will act as The Lower Acre welcome centre. It’s a double-fronted, four-bedroom layout with a separate study, reimagined as an interactive visitor hub. Here you can meet our friendly team, view available plots, and discover the customisation options that let you personalise your home.
The show homes
In addition to the marketing suite, there will be two show homes, different types of houses, but both designed to inspire and showcase a range of design options available to you.
Features: a three-bedroom townhouse with a private terrace, an open-plan kitchen/diner, and an en-suite to the principal bedroom. The Speedwell showcases flexible living, clever storage, and social spaces that flow between the kitchen, dining, and outdoor areas.
Features: a two-bedroom double-fronted house with a dual aspect to the kitchen/diner, living room and principal bedroom. The Campion emphasises light, calm interiors and efficient layouts that make everyday living effortless.
Thoughtful design with Horton Heath in mind
We’re matching each interior to likely lifestyles while ensuring every home feels inviting. Each show home will reflect current trends while carrying its own personality and a sense of place rooted in the local area.
The three-bedroom home will lean toward family-focused layouts; the two-bedroom is tailored for couples or first-time buyers. All designs are modern, comfortable, and tuned to local character, so each home sits naturally in Horton Heath.
