Our show home gardens have been thoughtfully created to feel calm, established and full of character, helping visitors see how outdoor space can become a natural extension of the home.

To bring this vision to life, we partnered with KBL, expert growers based at a specialist nursery here in Hampshire. Their proximity to the development means the plants chosen for The Lower Acre are not only carefully selected, but locally grown too.

We have loved seeing KBL’s work take shape throughout the process. Their meticulous design, craft-led approach and deep understanding of plant character can be seen in every border, pathway and courtyard. With thoughtful choices around structure, seasonality, colour and texture, the gardens feel polished now while being designed to mature beautifully over time.

The result is a collection of outdoor spaces where craftsmanship meets nature: welcoming, useable gardens that feel rooted in their surroundings and ready to be enjoyed from the very first day.

The Orpine’s garden.

Serving both as a show garden and as an outdoor space for The Lower Acre’s Marketing Suite, The Orpine’s garden has been designed to showcase the generous garden available with this four-bedroom home while creating a relaxed setting for the eastbrooke homes team.

The large lawn and extended patio are included as standard, giving buyers a clear sense of the space available. Additional features, including a wide planted bed, still water feature and crane sculpture, add a calm, elegant finish, while bee and butterfly habitats and feeding stations reflect the development’s nature-friendly approach. The large outdoor table has already become a favourite spot for alfresco lunches and informal meetings, showing just how sociable the space can be.

The Speedwell’s garden.

The Speedwell’s garden uses clever zoning to show just how flexible an outdoor space can be. As with The Speedwell, the design shows how a simple shed footprint can be transformed into a more personal and distinctive feature. A two-seater sofa on the patio adds another relaxed seating area, while the different levels help define zones for relaxing, entertaining and making the most of long evenings outside. It is a garden designed for memorable moments, from quiet nights under the pergola to weekends spent with friends and family.
