Building Momentum
Work is swiftly progressing at The Lower Acre, the first residential parcel of One Horton Heath. Since June, those passing The Lower Acre may have noticed the timber frames rising steadily from the foundations, with roofs now added to the first few homes. It’s exciting to see these homes come to life, and we’re proud of the craftsmanship and care going into every detail.
These milestones mark the beginning of a new chapter, with the first homes in phases 1 and 2 set to be available for off-plan reservation later this year, and move-ins expected winter 2025/26.
Pre-Launch Event Success
We were delighted to welcome guests to our exclusive pre-launch event in June where attendees enjoyed an up-close look at the ongoing progress and received a first look at The Lower Acre brochure, showcasing details of our properties. Thank you to everyone who joined us at the event. The weather was kind, the atmosphere was buzzing and the feedback you provided is invaluable and are currently working behind the scenes to enhance your home-buying experience in preparation for the upcoming launch.
What’s coming up?
There’s a lot ahead! We’re preparing to open reservations for phases 1 and 2 later this year, with the first homes ready for move-in by winter 2025/2026. And that’s not all, our show homes and on-site sales office will be opening in November, offering a chance to explore our homes in person, an interactive development map and customisation and upgrade options
We’ll also be hosting more events later this year, so be sure to register with us to be the first to learn about these!
Improved Connections
The foot and cycle path linking One Horton Heath to Hedge End Train Station is now open making it easy for sustainable travel between The Lower Acre, Deer Park School and beyond.
The Avenue link road which connects the Northern and Southern gateways of One Horton Heath is nearly complete. Once open in the coming months, it will make visiting and living at The Lower Acre even more convenient.
Nature and Community
While we eagerly await the launch of the first homes, the eastbrooke homes team has been admiring and documenting the diverse nature and biodiversity around One Horton Heath. Be sure to check our social media for the latest videos, where we’ve covered everything from butterflies to owls and a whole lot in between!
