At The Lower Acre, you’ll be welcomed into our brand-new marketing suite, where our friendly Sales Team will be on hand to answer your questions and talk you through the buying journey. There are also two fantastically designed show homes showing the possibilities of 2 of our available house types – The Speedwell and The Campion. It’s not only the interiors that are immaculately dressed; we also have show gardens, highlighting the design possibilities for future homeowners.

Attending our launch event means you’ll be among the first to explore the plots available in the first phase of The Lower Acre. With a limited number of homes anticipated in this initial release (estimated move-in from summer 2026), booking an appointment is the best way to secure early access and choose from the most sought-after locations.

Can I still attend if I’m not ready to buy?

Short answer: yes! If you’re not quite ready to make your move, you’re still more than welcome to attend our event.

If you’re just looking and waiting to save a bit more before taking your step on the property ladder, our Sales Team can recommend a mortgage specialist to check your affordability and advise which homes could be a good fit.

If you need to sell a property to buy on, you can still take a look to decide on the home you’d prefer for your onward purchase. Our Sales Team can also advise on Part Exchange and other services provided by our partners, which can help get you moving.

We are currently working behind the scenes on our shared ownership processes to make things as smooth as possible for applicants. This upcoming launch event is for those looking to buy outright; however, shared ownership plots will be released soon.
