It is the first development where Eastleigh Borough Council has utilised a recent £154.4 million grant from Homes England to offer new homes as affordable housing.

This funding means these maisonettes can be offered to people who need them most, alongside a further 1,038 properties planned over the next 10 years. Residents will benefit from a well-connected location, high-quality modern homes, and everyday amenities and green spaces close at hand.
